Rules
All exhibits are to be the production work and property of the exhibitor. Judges of the work are authorized by the Society to discard all soiled, defaced or old work, and are instructed to award prizes only to new and up-to-date work.
All entries must be registered using the Assist Expo link.
All exhibits under these classes must be dropped off at the Lila Fawcett Building no later than 11:00 am on Friday, August 16, 2024, at which time the doors will be closed.
Late entries (without registration on Assist Expo) are allowed and will be registered on Friday when brought to the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibits are to be picked up at 4 PM (NOT BEFORE) Sunday August 18, 2024. The Committee is not responsible for uncollected exhibits or prizes.
All exhibitors must have an individual entry number (MTAS membership fee is waived for first time adult exhibitor). No fee for junior exhibitors.
