We’re Recruiting! Help us staff the fair office for the fair this year & Join the Mountain Township Agricultural Society as Our New Secretary.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about your community? The Mountain Township Agricultural Society is on the lookout for a dedicated Secretary to join our team!
As Secretary, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our work by:
Attending meetings
Assisting with administrative tasks
Taking accurate and professional minutes
Helping us preserve the traditions and future of our agricultural community
This is a great opportunity to get involved, make connections, and contribute to one of our region’s most cherished organizations.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with basic computer/word processing skills
A strong communicator
Passionate about agriculture and rural life
Whether you’re a seasoned note-taker or someone looking to get more involved in your local community, we want to hear from you! This position includes an honorarium.
