Rules
Entry tags need to be obtained in advance from Anne Caza at 10622 Main St., South Mountain, 613-989-5348, Maddison Barkley via call/text: 613-803-4398, (or from Sandra Weagant, Anna Smail, & Anne MacDonald) – more locations for entry tag pick up may be posted later.
All entry tags must be filled out in advance and attached to exhibit when items are brought to be judged. See the example on how to fill out the entry tags properly on our Facebook page. If you cannot locate the image, or if you have any questions, please reach out to Maddison Barkley via email: maddisonbarkley26@gmail.com or via call/text: 613-803-4398.
All exhibitors must have an individual exhibitor number.
All entries must be registered using the Assist Expo link.
Exhibits must be dropped off at the Lila Fawcett Building no later than 11:30 am on Friday, August 16th, 2024, at which time the doors will be closed.
Late entries (without registration online) are allowed and will be registered on Friday when brought to the Exhibit Hall.
Judging will take place on Friday, August 16th, 2024.
Please put name, age, phone number, address, and exhibitor’s number on each entry tag.
DO NOT put any personal info on the exhibits themselves (only the entry tags). If you do (ie: signature at the bottom of an artwork), make sure it is covered.
Exhibitors may enter in categories older than their age group, but not younger than.
Exhibits are to be picked up at 4:00 mp (NOT BEFORE) on Sunday, August 18th, 2024. The Committee is not responsible for uncollected exhibits or prizes.
