Rules
Follow entry sheet when entering (ie: 5 beans means 5, not 6 or 7; 5 red tomatoes does not mean 4 red and one green).
Uniformity is a big thing when it comes to judging. Entries should all be equal size.
Committee is not responsible for any damaged entries.
Use only food that you have grown (no commercially grown exhibits please).
All first-time exhibitors are exempt from the MTAS membership fee but all other entrants (except children under 18 years) must pay.
All exhibitors must have an individual exhibitor number.
Exhibits must be in the Exhibit Hall no later than 11:00 am on Friday, August 14, and are to be picked up at 4:00 pm (NOT BEFORE) Sunday August 16.
Chairperson is not responsible for goods after 6:00 pm on Sunday.
Late entries (without registration online) are allowed and will be registered on Friday when brought to the Exhibit Hall.
