Event Information

The 4-H program is a community organization for young people between the ages of 9 and 21 years old. 

The primary purpose of the 4-H program is the development of youth in Ontario. Members are encouraged to develop their self- confidence and leadership skills while having fun. 

The 4-H Ontario Vision is to be recognized for delivering quality, innovative and sustainable leadership and life skill programs for youth and volunteers; who benefit the citizens and communities in which we live.

The Dundas County 4-H Association welcomes 4-H members in Dundas County to attend their Achievement Program and showcase their projects and what they have learned. 

4-H members will be exhibiting their 4-H projects from all aspects of the 4-H Program in Dundas County.

You can visit the Dundas County 4-H Achievement Display in the Exhibit Hall where Life Skills and Field Crops exhibits are displayed during the fair.

On Saturday, the 4-H Dairy Achievement Program will commence at 11:00 am.

On Sunday, the 4-H Beef Achievement Program will commence at 10:00 am.

Animals are permitted on the grounds only with approved Livestock identification Ear Tags (RFID).

The Peewee Dairy Showmanship is open to children not currently enrolled in a dairy 4-H club, ages 2 to 9 years old. Ribbons and prize money will be provided to all participants. Participants are welcome to bring a trained dairy calf to the fair to exhibit.
